1. New, improved default location description for all Remer locations.
2. Shop(Eully, etc) prices added for nearly all items in game (Excluding Wood, all Burnts and Quest items). To make this possible we also adjusted some existing prices to make a logical progression in price. Items that would value less then 1gp are excluded. With the current items being done, we are planning for all future content that will come into the game, to have an npc price by default.

Bugfixes

1. Negative fame highscore shows everything correctly now
2. Added missing Smithing information in the Highscore API
3. Small bugfix to reduce sticky timers on latops/desktops
4. Fixed Novariet and higher Hammers not working properly with construction
